Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office detectives have released a photograph of the suspect involved in this morning’s robbery at the pharmacy inside an Ashburn Giant Food store.
Shortly before 9:30 a.m., a man with his face wrapped in a white bandage entered the store at 43670 Greenway Corporate Drive. He presented a note demanding prescription narcotics. A weapon was implied but not produced during the robbery and he made off with an undisclosed amount of prescription drugs, according to the Sheriff’s Office. No one was injured during the robbery.
The suspect was described as a white male in his 20s to early 30s. He is approximately 5-feet, 8-inches to 5-feet, 10-inches tall, with a slender build. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt with hoody and blue jeans, sunglasses and a ball cap. He was walking with a cane.
